Team -> Samson Ladmen Kumphale

Samson Kumphale is Senior Environmental Health Officer working for Ministry of health deployed at Ntcheu DHO as Assistant District Environmental Health Officer. Samson obtained Banchelors of Science degree in Environmental Health in 2007 from University of Malawi- The Polytechnic (Now MUBAS). In 2018 he obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health from University of Malawi-College of Medicine (Now KUHES) pending to present thesis to obtain Masters degree in Public Health. Samson has worked for 15 years in civil service as Environmental health officer and got promoted to Senior Environmental Health in 2017 after attending civil service commission interviews. Samson has amassed vast supervisory and mentorship skills on preventive health services offered by frontline workers in communities of Malawi. Samson has aquired several certificates from National and international trainings of many programs under Environmental Health. In 2018 Samson obtained a certificate in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety following his training at Nation Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (NIOH) in Johannesburg of South Africa. Samson has coordinated several programs from Environmental Health department and has been trainer of trainers for many programs in Malawi. His program of interest is Expanded Program on Immunization and has coordinated the program at district level for 7 years and attained several trainings and is an expert as far as immunization is concerned. He later on coordinated District Implementation Plans (DIP) and led all coordinators and DHMT into planning of all health activities and conducting quarterly review meetings for all health activities. Samson is a strategic health service planner and always aim high to work in high profile international organization.
