Hooray!! a throwback to a successful MEHA conference & AGM

It has been three months since MEHA had a successful annual conference and AGM. The events happened from 16th June 2022 to 17th June 2022 in Mangochi District. The event pulled Environmental Health practitioners from all corners of Malawi as well as international delegates.
The first day of the event was filled with lots of research and interventions dissemination activities, networking opportunities as well as discussions.

The second day of the conference was another peculiar day where MEHA members held an AGM. One key activity which happened at the AGM was election of the new MEHA leadership. Nominees shared manifestos and members voted.
Dr. save Kumwenda, an Associate Professor in Environmental Health at Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) was elected as the new president to lead the executive committee of 11 membership and the whole association in Malawi
